Refund Policy

1. Overview
BotBrained.ai offers a monthly subscription at $39/month. We believe in keeping things simple and fair. This page explains how billing works, when you can cancel, and when you are eligible for a refund. 2. How Monthly Billing Works
Your subscription begins the day you first subscribe. Your payment method is charged immediately for the first month, and then automatically on the same date each month thereafter. For example, if you subscribe on June 10, your next charge will be on July 10, then August 10, and so on.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an email receipt from us after each successful charge. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge and we will notify you by email. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
3. Cancel Anytime — No Penalties
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel, visit your account settings page and click "Cancel Subscription," or email us at hello@botbrained.ai and we will cancel it for you right away.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all course content until your paid period ends. We do not cut off access the moment you cancel — you get every day you paid for.
We do not prorate partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged again, but the remaining days in your current billing period are yours to use.
4. 7-Day First-Payment Refund Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying BotBrained.ai. If you are not satisfied after your first payment — for any reason — you may request a full refund within 7 days of that initial charge.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable. The 7-day guarantee does not apply if you have previously held a subscription with us and are re-subscribing.
To claim your refund, email hello@botbrained.ai within 7 days of your first charge with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include the email address on your account. We will process your refund and cancel your subscription within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Refunds for Subsequent Months
Monthly charges after your first payment are non-refundable. Because you retain access to all course content for the full billing period, we do not issue refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the initial 7-day guarantee window has passed.
We understand that life happens. If you were charged due to a technical error on our end, or if there are extraordinary circumstances, please reach out to hello@botbrained.ai. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always try to do the right thing.
6. Accidental or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or did not authorize a charge, contact us immediately at hello@botbrained.ai. We take these situations seriously and will investigate promptly. Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, and chargebacks may result in account suspension while under review.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email and will apply prospectively — never retroactively to charges already made. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
